Terms and Conditions –ECOVOLT Solar Solutions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, installation, and servicing of solar energy systems by ECOVOLT . By accepting a quotation, signing a contract, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 10 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in material costs, taxes, or import duties.
  • Any additional work or equipment required that is not included in the original scope will incur extra charges.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms are typically: 80% deposit upon order confirmation, 20% after successful commissioning.
  • Payments must be made by bank transfer, Cash, or other agreed methods.

4. Installation

  • The Company will schedule installation upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
  • The Customer agrees to grant the Company reasonable access to the premises for installation.
  • Installation may be delayed due to weather conditions, permitting issues, or supply chain constraints.

5. Warranty

  • Solar panels are typically covered under a manufacturer’s performance warranty of 10 years.
  • Inverters, batteries, and other components have warranties ranging from 1 to 7 years depending on the brand.
  • Installation workmanship is warranted for 1 year unless otherwise agreed.

6. Maintenance and Monitoring

  • Regular preventive maintenance is recommended to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
  • Monitoring systems (if installed) provide real-time data but do not replace physical inspections.
  • Maintenance services may be offered under a separate contract.

7. Permits and Compliance

  • The Company will assist with required permits, but the Customer is ultimately responsible for approvals from local authorities and compliance with HOA or building regulations.
  • The Company is not liable for delays resulting from permit approvals or grid interconnection.

8. System Performance

  • Estimated energy output is based on typical solar irradiance and system design. Actual performance may vary due to shading, weather, and maintenance.
  • The Company does not guarantee specific energy savings or utility bill reductions.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, supply disruptions, or acts of government.

10. Termination

If the Customer cancels after equipment procurement or partial installation, cancellation fees may apply.

Either party may cancel the contract in writing with reasonable cause.
